Each Festival Pass is $200.00 and includes the following:
- Invitation to the private art exhibition preview and reception for Moving Pictures: Storyboards and Concept Art for the Cinema, at the El Paso Museum of Art in late July 2013.
- Preferred entry through our Festival Pass Express Lane to all shows. (You should still get here early).
- Advance reservations for films scheduled in the Philanthropy Theatre. Seating is limited, so we will allow our Festival Pass holders to reserve tickets and seats several weeks before the start of the festival.
- Invitation to the Opening Night VIP Screening on Thursday, August 1st, at 7pm.
- Plaza Premiere Commemorative Magazine.
- The Festival Pass is fully transferable to friends and family for films you’re unable to attend – hang it around anyone’s neck and all benefits are theirs!

For some, cinema appreciation begins early and one of the goals of the Plaza Classic Film Festival is to cultivate a new generation of classic film viewers. The Plaza Classic Film Festival once again offers a club to bring together teens looking to see and discuss some great films. The Plaza Classic Film Club is seeking up to 25 high school students ages 14 – 18 to be a part of its Film Club. Club members will receive full access to all of the Plaza Classic Film Festival’s screenings as well as some special presentations and tours of the historic Plaza Theatre. Each Plaza Classic Film Club member will receive:
- Invitation to the private art exhibition preview and reception for Moving Pictures: Storyboards and Concept Art for the Cinema, at the El Paso Museum of Art in late July 2013.
- Film Club Pass good for all film screenings during the festival.
- Express Entry through the Festival’s Pass Holder line.

General Admission TicketsTickets for all films and events are available for purchase beginning in early July, 2013 at The Plaza Theatre Box Office (located under the Plaza’s marquee) or online through Ticketmaster (online purchases will include a service fee).
See the Line-Up page for ticket pricing. Each ticket price includes a 50 cent City of El Paso Restoration Fee to help maintain The Plaza Theatre in pristine condition.
Free Movies and Concerts
You read that right! We are offering a selection of free events during this year’s festival.
- Outdoor Concerts and Films: All events in Arts Festival Plaza.
- Film Talks by local film aficionados prior to each evening’s main feature.
- Plaza Days special programming and open house on August 1, 2, 6 and 8, 2013, which includes tours, organ concerts, short classic films, and more. Check schedule for times.
- Gallery Tours. We’ll be providing guided tours of exhibits at the El Paso Museum of Art for the exhibit, Moving Pictures: Storyboards and Concept Art for the Cinema.

All film screenings are general admission seating. Doors will open 20-30 minutes before show time.
The Opening Night VIP Screening is by invitation-only, or by purchasing a Festival Pass. A small quantity of premium tickets may be made available once all Sponsors and Festival Pass holders are accommodated
All outdoor concerts and films in Arts Festival Plaza are free. No tickets or passes required.
